We have a need of creating new e-mails templates.
We have to fill a e-mail key, subject and body. Until here it's ok.
But where do we use those new e-mails?
Where should i put that e-mail key to send those new e-mails?

Adding custom email templates is primarily intended for adding new code to OJS; however, if you apply the patch at http://research2.csci.educ.ubc.ca/cgi-bin/cvsweb/ojs2/templates/manager/emails/emails.tpl.diff?r1=1.25;r2=1.26
(which will be included in future releases), an email icon will be added to the "Prepared Emails" list that will allow you to compose an email using a template. You can also use the "Select Template" button when sending a message to an Editorial Team group.
