What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:
1. Search the forum

I've noticed that not all email messages sent via OJS are logged and associated with article email history. It looks like only those emails that are sent as part of the editorial workflow are logged, such as requests for review and acceptance for publication. It seems that the system doesn't log those incidental messages that you send to remind reviewers of deadlines and to communicate with authors and editors, for example.
Is that the expected behaviour of OJS or is there something wrong with my setup? I'm using OJS 2.1.0-1 on a Red Hat Enterprise Linux box (MySQL 4.1.20, Apache 2.0.52, PHP 4.3.9).
Any help would be appreciated.

As of OJS 2.1.1, all emails sent within the context of an email are logged when the logging option is enabled. This includes, for example, the link beside the authors' names in the article summary. This wasn't the case in OJS 2.1.0.
