What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:
1. Search the forum

to see if your question or error has already been resolved.

What should I do in order to make the reader(s) able to download the PDF Files of the Full Paper ???
Because in Current Issues page, there are only exist the link to view the Abstract.
Help please. Urgent.

Were you able to successfully upload the PDF as the Layout Editor, as outlined on page 127 of OJS in an Hour? As the Section Editor, are you able to see view the proofs?
