Authors cannot view Presentations after login

Authors cannot view Presentations after login

I have set the presentations available (see the attachment). From my administration account as well as Director and Track Directors, the presentation can be viewed.
However authors cannot view the presentation even after they log in.
Is there any setting that make the presentations available to authors. For the schedule, there is no problem, author can view.

Hello Waluyo,

Sorry this post was left unanswered for so long.
If you haven't fixed this yet, here it goes.

The "display presentations" option in the conference schedule only enables access to the page.
You need to also enable "display accepted abstracts" and/or "display accepted submissions", at the very last block of the schedule for the accepted content to appear.
You also need to set the correct dates for each.

Actually I cannot solve that problem. I just make the presentation open to all by enable "Accepted Paper" under Display in the Conference Timeline. I can't remember whether I modified any codes. But as I remember, I did not.

I really want to know, but it is not clear and I could find:

Hello waluyo

You will find the settings logging in as General Director (not as Director or Track Director).
You need to go into the Conference Timeline to enable displaying the presentations, accepted abstract and accepted papers (the last 2 will depend on your submission settings in term of content display).

In the last 2 blocks of settings you will find the options you need.
