Can't setup the PayPal payment

Dear everybody,

I follow step in http://pkp.sfu.ca/wiki/index.php/Using_ ... ox_Account.
I use https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr enter to the IPN URL in PayPal Settings.
I have setup a sandbox account and create buyer,seller. I fill the test seller account to the Seller Account of PayPal Settings.

but the OJS2.3.7 seems no any change, it can't buy article or subscription. Are there some setting that I'm miss.

Please help to to fix this problem

sorry to bother everybody, I find that I didn't setup curl for PHP. After the setup curl for PHP, the ojs look well.

But it still have question, I use a test buyer to buy a subscription. After the transaction complete, the buyer still in awaiting online payment and subscription manager no any notification receives.

Hi Joesitou,

Is your OJS install behind a firewall? Can you please confirm that it's hosted on a server with a publicly accessible IP address.

If you're on a local network behind a firewall, the PayPal IPN response will not reach your OJS server.

It's hosted on a server with a private IP address.
I would like to confirm that if it's hosted on server with a publicly accessible IP address, then the IPN will be function?
and transaction complete will let the buying subscription process finish automatically?
