I cannot find the Import/Export Plugins under the Import/Export Plugins.
I need to transfer issues and import from the old to the new site.
Am a NewB. Please help.

Hi Aadilinamdar,
which version of OJS are you using? Are you logged in as a journal manager?
In the latest version of OJS (2.4.1) the journal manager menu looks like in the attached photo. I've highlighted the import/export function.
