We have a problem with the RST configuration.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: startsession() in /.../ojs/include/common.php on line 55

We'll appreciate your help.

It would be helpful if you´re a bit more specific as to what you have done, where the error occurs and provide as much information as possible.

We´re implementing the same OJS version you have and had no problems with the RST tool.

I may be wrong, but it seems to me like a permission problem, or maybe you didn´t install it in the configuration of your journal..

if you look at the About > Focus and Scope, you will see that there is no RST check-mark in your sections.

John or Kevin can give you more precise help on this, but you might want to check if you have an rst folder in the root folder of your journal site, and if changing the configuration of your journal as the general editor will add it to your articles. (Maybe you´ve done this already - if you did, then I can´t help you any further...)

Thanks Ramon, by the problem is still on. We have that rst folder and added the configuration.

Where did ojs/rst/config.inc.php and ojs/rst/functions.inc.php come from? An older installation of OJS? The file ojs/rst/functions.inc.php is probably being included incorrectly instead of ojs/include/functions.inc.php.

Deleting ojs/rst/functions.inc.php should resolve the problem.
