Hi Emad,
how did you upgrade? And have you searched this forum here for "blank page" to see, if any of the forum posts might apply to your case?
Best regards,
Kai Weber

Hi bahattab,
Can you see if there are errors in your server's log files? That would be very useful.

Hi bahattab,
You should not use the "Install" process to upgrade an old copy of OJS -- it has likely garbled your database. You need to follow the instructions in docs/UPGRADE. I would suggest restoring your database from a backup made prior to clicking the "Install" button and proceeding from there.

Hi bahattab,
I think he wanted to point you at
I would suggest restoring your database from a backup made prior to clicking the "Install" button and proceeding from there.
This is his advice of what you should do now as a first step. Have you tried to restore your database already? What's the result of this?
Regards,
Kai

Yes, bahattab,
the suggested solution to your problem has been pointed at several times already and this suggestion was meant to be expressed by the link to this same page. It is this:
You should not use the "Install" process to upgrade an old copy of OJS -- it has likely garbled your database. You need to follow the instructions in docs/UPGRADE. I would suggest restoring your database from a backup made prior to clicking the "Install" button and proceeding from there.
You have still not said a word about this yet but kept asking for help to fix your problem. In the quote above is the start of help to fix your problem.
Best regards,
Kai
