Forum rules
What to do if you have a technical problem with OCS:

1. Search the forum. You can do this from the Advanced Search Page or from our Google Custom Search, which will search the entire PKP site. If you are encountering an error, we especially recommend searching the forum for said error.

2. Check the FAQ to see if your question or error has already been resolved. Please note that this FAQ is OJS-centric, but most issues are applicable to both platforms.

3. Post a question, but please, only after trying the above two solutions. If it's a workflow or usability question you should probably post to the OCS Conference Support and Discussion subforum; if you have a development question, try the OCS Development subforum.

Hi Rodrigo,

Can you give us more information as to where this problem occurred? Which page are you trying to view? What version of OJS are you using? And have you recently tried to upgrade?

Cheers,
James

Rodrigo

Hello James,

I did the installation based on guidance from http://pkp.sfu.ca/?q=ocs site, the version used is 2.3.5 OCS, thereafter, I created a user and for the administrator of the event to follow work on the server. The site I'm trying to do is http://www.perb.icict.fiocruz.br.
I did not upgrade because I think this is the latest version of OCS, right?

Thanks for the feedback, thank you
Rodrigo

Hi Rodrigo,

Thank you for the additional information, that helps. Can you tell me which page you are trying to go to that gives you that error? Which URL, specifically?

Cheers,
James

Rodrigo

Hi Rodrigo,

This looks like a sessions issue; this thread has some troubleshooting available: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=6969 (try clearing your user sessions; some other suggestions related to PHP configuration).

Cheers,
James
