What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:
1. Search the forum
. You can do this from the Advanced Search Page
or from our Google Custom Search
, which will search the entire PKP site. If you are encountering an error, we especially recommend
searching the forum for said error.
2. Check the FAQ
to see if your question or error has already been resolved.
3. Post a question
, but please, only after trying the above two solutions. If it's a workflow or usability question you should probably post to the OJS Editorial Support and Discussion
subforum; if you have a development question, try the OJS Development
Think I've found a bug in v2.4.0.
If you head tohttp://www.domainname.com/subscriptionM ... ewPayments
The following error is displayed:
- Code: Select all
FATAL ERROR: CALL TO UNDEFINED METHOD OJSCOMPLETEDPAYMENT::GETUSERNAME() IN /HOME/DOMAINOWNER/DOMAINS/DOMAINNAME.COM/PUBLIC_HTML/CACHE/T_COMPILE/%%24^249^2499BF4E%%VIEWPAYMENTS.TPL.PHP ON LINE 61
No list of payments can be retrieved.
Also, could someone please clarify if this is the right spot to head to in order to find out which users have purchased individual articles?

Yes, that is indeed a bug. I've filed a bug for it and committed a patch, which is available here:http://pkp.sfu.ca/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=7933
It will be rolled into 2.4.1 but you can apply it now by using the github link in the bug report.
