What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:1.
Search the forum. You can do this from the
Advanced Search Page or from our

especially recommend searching the forum for said error.
2.
Check the FAQ to see if your question or error has already been resolved.
3.
Post a question, but please, only after trying the above two solutions. If it's a workflow or usability question you should probably post to the

OJS Development subforum.

We already publish our journal in OJS and would like to supplement it with a separate file that contains the full pdf text of several of the books that we have published. Currently we have incorporated them within some of the quarterly journal issues that we have uploaded, but we would prefer that they all appear separate from the journal issue. Is this possible to do within OJS? Or can anyone suggest a better way?

Hi CharlieJ,
OJS does come with a 'static pages' plugin that lets you create pages of content that exist outside of the regular journal/issue/article structure. This may suit your needs nicely.

Hi CharlieJ,
Additionally, if you're looking for a workflow tool that'll support the creation of books like OJS does for journals, have a look at our newly-released
tool for that.

Jason,
The static pages plugin looks like it IS the answer!
Thanks,
