Manage Notifications do not work properly

Hi All,

I have set up ojs system for a journal and the journal now wants to have multiple editors in the
system and each one would like to receive a notification via given e-mail once there is a new
submission taken place. Even though we checked all options available under "Manage" in Notifications
editors still do not get any notifications to their e-mail.

I know this should be a basic functionality which seems obvious but I really do not know why this is
not working in this case. We are running the system under one editor for a long time under one editor
and since he is the primary contact person he always receives the copy of a submission acknowledgment.
But after adding multiple editors we noticed that they are not getting any notifications.

Please help me to figure out what is wrong in this case
