What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:
1. Search the forum

to see if your question or error has already been resolved.

I realized that the prepared emails sending is an important issue and tricky question that was posed in another post here.
I encounter a similar problem that I didn't notice before!
In fact, all prepared emails are sent automatically from the "Principal Contact"! This is not always a good option!
I'd like that prepared emails will be sent under "Journal Name" as a sender rather than from "Principal contact"!
Does somebody has any idea about how to customize the automatic email "sender" to the Journal name?
It would be appreciable.
