Hello everyone,
This is my first post in the board. Hope I don't post at the wrong place.
Can anyone please tell me how to add or edit links displayed at the right sidebar. The default links there are OPEN JOURNAL SYSTEMS and Journal Help. I'd like to change the url of the journal help (as we have a different hlep guidance for our journal authors and reviewers) and perhaps add a few links there as well. I tried to locate the file(s) where I can make the change but with no luck.

The code for the sidebar menu components are under plugins/blocks/
The code for 'block' in which the "OPEN JOURNAL SYSTEMS" language is displayed is under plugins/blocks/developedBy/
The code for 'help' is under plugins/blocks/help
etc.
I think what you'd need to change is in either the .tpl file or one of the locale files.
