Process: We have enabled the notification plugin on the sidebar of our journal. This allows users to register for notifications, and to manage the notifications.
Problem: Once subscribed to notifications, and you would like to unsubscribe to notification emails - the system doesn't allow you.
Examined:
Selecting the tab called 'unsubscribe' it takes me to this page:

The system asks me to enter my email and password (password?? - were would I get a password.)
The system indicates that if I do not have a password leave the area blank and a new password will be emailed to me.
The system sends the email and I enter the password provided to stop receiving notifications.

I receive the email from the OJS software with password. After entering the email, and password meticulously online into the OJS software. ( I did this twice) I received an error message.

Request to PKP: Is this a bug - I require an urgent fix to prevent spamming people who wishes to unsubscribe.
