What to do if you have a technical problem with OCS:1.
Search the forum. You can do this from the
Advanced Search Page or from our
Google Custom Search, which will search the entire PKP site. If you are encountering an error, we
especially recommend searching the forum for said error.
2.
Check the FAQ to see if your question or error has already been resolved. Please note that this FAQ is OJS-centric, but most issues are applicable to both platforms.
3.
Post a question, but please, only after trying the above two solutions. If it's a workflow or usability question you should probably post to the
OCS Conference Support and Discussion subforum; if you have a development question, try the
OCS Development subforum.

In organizing team, I have defined "reviewers" group.
Every time I add a new memberships, it will be located on top of the list. After that I have to move this new member by using the downarrow to the end of the list. Now the number of reviewers already growing, then it is very time consuming to put the new member at the bottom of the list.
Is that possible to add a new member directly to the bottom of the list? not on the top of the list.
do I need to change the core code? how?
Thank you in advance for any information.
Regards,
Waluyo

When I add a new group, the new group will be added at the bottom of the list.
But when I add a new membership, the new member goes to the top of the list.
What I want is similar with adding a new group, i.e. to the bottom of the list.

Waluyo,
There is an easier way to sort members lists.
If you use a recent OCS version (2.3.5) and a modern browser (Safari, Firefox and Chrome) you can sort member list by clicking in row and draging it to the position you want.
