What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:
1. Search the forum

or from our Google Custom Search
, which will search the entire PKP site. If you are encountering an error, we especially recommend
searching the forum for said error.
2. Check the FAQ
to see if your question or error has already been resolved.
3. Post a question

We are running OJS 220.127.116.11. One of our journal editors informed me a couple of days ago that searches in Google Scholar for articles in his journal are either returning no results. The only hits are on links to the articles in other databases. I searched articles from our other OJS journals in Google Scholar with the same results - no hits! This is obviously a very serious problem and could lose us all of our client journals. We have never experienced such a problem before. Can anyone shed some light on this anomaly?
