I'd like to create my own style sheet with another font for instance.
But I have no access to the server where the Journal was installed, because we didn't install it ourselves.
Is there any solution?

you can create your own css and upload it over the embedded template. It works.

As Theodore states, you can upload any css file. You can do this on a per-journal basis from Journal Setup Step 5.6. See this page in the userguide
for more information on how to change the look of your journal.
