Hello,
The Table of Contents is automatically generated when you create an issue, and once you have scheduled an article to be published in that issue. If you need to modify the author/title of any submission, the editor can do so by editing the submission metadata (on the Summary page of a submission). To see what your table of contents looks like before you publish the issue, there is an option to preview the issue. See:
http://pkp.sfu.ca/ojs/docs/userguide/2. ... ssues.htmlHope this helps!

I have the same issue!
How to add or insert PDF links and/or HTML, or both?
Is there any way to add date next the article title?

Hi OJSer,
Those links depend on what type of galley file you upload (as Layout Editor/Editor). See:
http://pkp.sfu.ca/ojs/docs/userguide/2. ... ayout.html. If you want both pdf and html versions of the article, you'll have to upload both file types.
As for the date -- without a code modification, the only way to add the date is to include it in the title of the article (i.e. you'll have to edit the article's metadata).
