I want to modify header.tpl(ojs/templates/common) file like below:
{config_load file='foo.conf'}
<header.tpl code goes here>
But though I am placing foo.conf in ojs/templates/common folder i.e. same folder as header.tpl,the values are not getting reflected.
So any help in this regard would be appreciated.

Hi Mono,
I'm not exactly sure what you are trying to accomplish here -- could you give us a better idea as to the intended result, eg. what kind of info you are trying to load into the template file? You may also want to take a look at the Smarty documentation at
http://smarty.net (OJS uses Smarty as its template engine).
Cheers,
James
