Dear fellows,
Our journal has another problem, specific to the types of users we have. One user can be Author, Editor, member of the Board of Reviewer´s or Board of Editors, General Editor, anything.
However, once this user has been assigned to one submission, he/she can only make one review, becoming unavailable once the reviewing process continues.
Our problem is that the Board of Editors/Board of Reviewers are the ones who give their final acceptance of an article, even it it´s their own. However, if it´s an author, they must be able to review it as an editor, and again as a member of the Board (it´s a little strange, but that´s how it works here...).
What can we do??

After an article is accepted in Submission Review it goes to Submission Editing (which includes copyediting, layout, proofing), and is then sent to Scheduling Queue, where an editor or the editors assign each article that is ready to the appropriate issue. You could have the editorial team review the assignment of articles to issues and make suggestions. Once assigned the article goes to a table of contents where it can be ordered within the issue. This too can be reviewed by the editorial team, and articles shuffled among forthcoming issues, all prior to publishing the issue.
We can create additional editorial management options for the next version of OJS, but I want to understand the needs very clearly,
