What to do if you have a technical problem with OCS:
1. Search the forum

My OCS presents a strange behavior.
I have created a new conference and submissions are ok. Now we are in the review's phase, but the Directors can't send email for anyone.
I have tested the sistem logging in as administrator. The administrator can send email for users. When the admin go to list of users and send email it's work. In this case the PHP email config are working, but Track Directors and Reviwers can't send email. The emaiis in those cases never arrive.
Anyone could help...

Can you do some testing and see if anything shows up in your server's error log? If the mail messages are bouncing for some reason, they may also be in a mail spool file belonging to the user that your web server runs as. If they bounce, there will be a message describing why included in the bounced email.
