The Login function does not seem to work for new users who have registered recently on our website. These new users were prompted "Invalid username or password. Please try again.". Those who had registered some time ago, does not encounter any issue in logging into the website.
The affected users were advised to re-set their passwords. However, even with the new passwords sent to them via email, they are unable to login. They were given the same error prompt "Invalid username or password. Please try again."
What could the problem? This is urgent, can someone please advice on this matter? Thanks.
