OCS 2.3.3.1 Users can't upload papers after submissions date

Hi all,

I have a server with OCS 2.3.3.1 version. In the Submission section of Setup
I configured the following items :
in SUBMISSIONS MATERIALS :
- Abstract followed by proposal (2 rounds of review required; first for abstract, second for proposal)
- Post abstracts once the abstract review has been completed
in SUPPLEMENTARY MATERIALS :
- Supplementary files can be submitted with abstracts and presentations

Now my conference is done so the submissions are closed as established in the
timeline. The authors should be now able to upload their proposal/papers;
when I use the Login as feature to become a user I have the link
"New Submission" on the user's home page, if I click it I get the message :
Submissions for this conference were closed on 2011-06-30

How can solve this problem ? I tried to read some threads on the forum like :

but I don't know if they are compatible with my OCS version. I would like to
know also if there is a way to see the patches already installed in my OCS
(if this happened automaticaly at the installation) and how to install a patch
if will be needed.

Hi iacos,

See viewtopic.php?f=3&t=2675&start=0#p9618 for a clear description of how OCS' submissions system works with respect to allowing authors to upload material. Note that once the "due date" has gone by, authors can no longer submit new submissions; but they can edit submissions provided that a "revisions required" decision has been assigned to them.
