Hi all,
I'm thinking of using OJS for a new journal. One of the requirements is for it to be able to handle multiple payment stages for an article i.e. 1 - Author pay for processing fee upon submission of article, 2 - Author pay for publication fee after review and acceptance for publication.
Is it possible to do this using OJS?

p.s - I've tried searching the forums for similar requirements but no luck so far.
