Hello mikhalevse,
I believe you mean "emailTempaletes.xml", as per your post's title, right?
The e-mail templates are stored in the database after install, so you need to "restore" the original.
If you use the Translator Plugin, you can modify the XML files, but you'll need to go back in the Emails section of the Administration, and reset its content to the original.
That should solve your problem.
