Copyeditor having trouble uploading her document

Here is what she has informed me happens when she tries to upload her revised article to our site:

I am able to log in, choose the article, and select the file I'd like to upload from my computer. Once I click Upload, I get an hourglass icon, and that is it. Nothing is successfully uploaded, and I get no error message.

Any ideas for what could be causing this and how to fix it?

Hi ailibr,

It's hard to say what's going on without more information. Does the page eventually load? Have you tried to replicate this behaviour yourself? Have you checked your server's error logs for other errors, and/or have you checked the FAQ for potential problems and solutions?
