Hi,
I just wanted to check whether the PKP Harvester2 supports harvesting from static repositories or does harvesting static repositories still require an intermediary/gateway?

Hi Scott,
The PKP Harvester 2.0 requires a gateway to harvest static repositories; however, since harvester protocols and methods can be implemented as plugins, adding native support for static repositories would be an easy task. We'll likely add support for this in the next release; in the meantime, please use a gateway.

Good news -- OCS 2.3 (and, IIRC, 2.0.1) supports OAI static repositories.
