What to do if you have a technical problem with OCS:
1. Search the forum

I have little time working on OCS, a few months I was working with version 2.3.2 and everything was fine, but now when I try to install the 2.3.4 version I find 403 Forbidden error, and I can not even load the page installation. On that server I try to load the 2.3.2 version and this load without problems, What is the problem??
Help me with this ...

403 errors come from your web server, not OCS. Generally they are due to file permission problems. Check your web server's access log for details.
