i cant find where is the html pages so i can edit them .. i can't remove the text in the website
i found how to edit in the css files in the cPanel but i can't find the HTML files

You probably want to take a look at the template files in your templates/ directory. More information on editing templates can be found in the OJS documentation, especially on this page.
