What to do if you have a technical problem with OCS:
1. Search the forum

I have a custom review form (10 criteria, 10-point Likert scale) and would like to utilize the very same comments sections that the default review form has. Is this as simply as extracting that code and adding it to my custom? And, if so, where might those files be located?
I was hoping that upon selecting the text box option in a review form, I'd have the option to determine who I'd want such contents directed towards, but no such luck.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could you clarify what you mean by "comments sections"? And which version of OCS are you using? IIRC, you should be able to specify whether data added to a given field is delivered to the author using the "Import Peer Reviews" option in the director's notification email, but this may be a fairly recent addition to the code.
