Does anyone out there have formal agreements (they'd be willing to share) between journal creators and OJS instance providers? We are new to the OJS environment and we'd like to clarify what our roles and responsibilities are as software host and the roles and responsibilities of journal creators are. We currently host two journals and in someways act as publisher as well as software host but have no formal agreements with the journals. We have several more groups interested in hosting new journals with us but it seems prudent to establish some sort of formal agreement.
Having spoken with several people responsible for OJS instances it seems we are not alone in this? Does anyone have agreements they'd be willing to share?
