What to do if you have a technical problem with OJS:
1. Search the forum
. You can do this from the Advanced Search Page
or from our Google Custom Search
, which will search the entire PKP site. If you are encountering an error, we especially recommend
searching the forum for said error.
2. Check the FAQ
to see if your question or error has already been resolved.
3. Post a question

subforum; if you have a development question, try the OJS Development
we can't access an uploaded submission as a section editor
while working on a particular submission, clicked on the
"Designate the original file as the Review Version" record button
without first checking the box to use the original file.
The file hadn't been downloaded and now we can't seem to get at
the submission at all. Is there anyway to get at the submission
apart from this screen or can I reverse the decision in some way?

You can access the original submission file on the submission's Summary page. If none is listed, it's possible that the author never attached the file with their submission.
