Volunteer Request to update/fix OCS

We run a small free conference and are running into a few problems with both our OCS and OJS installations that we just can't figure out. We've been fortunate so far in that one problem "self corrected" right after we changed to 2011 (for some reason you can't create a 2011 schedule in 2010) and another one I think (not sure yet) we fould the answer elsewhere in the OCS forums area (people were having trouble logging in in that their credentials were not being accepted despite having an account).

Plus we need a couple of updates to the software as the default fields do not capture all the metadata fields we need in order to process proposal submissions correctly. We need to add about a half dozen additional fields

The conference is the Virtual Worlds Best Practices in Education conference (conf.vwbpe.org).
