Plugins don't work at all

I have installed OCS 2331 and the Plugin Export/Import are not working. Namely, by Hom>conferenceName>User>Conference Site Management>Import/Ewport I have tried Users XML Plugin, NLM, Papers, Mats , I do not have the list of users or papers.

If I selecte 'Export all' I have this message:

Hi balkan,

I'm a little confused -- are you having problems with *all* of the export options, or just the users export option? There is a known bug with the users export option (there's a patch in that linked bug report that you can apply), but I don't think there are any known problems with the other export plugins. If you are having problems with all plugins, you may want to double-check that your system has been installed correctly and all files have been uploaded.

Hi James,
I have problem only with exporting USERS plugin.
If I choose export for all users or only director or authors ..... it is always the same error.
I can make export of users directly from data base, but it is better if I can correct this error and to use plugin for that.

Thanks for the extra information! Try patching your system with the patch attached to the bug report I linked to previously, and let us know if you're still having problems.
