Hi,
I am wanting to install the OJS on a windows server 2003 machine but can't find the install file or install instructions even though the documentation state that this can be installed on a windows server machine. Any help would be greatly appreciated?

Hi Paul,
OJS is a web application, and as such doesn't come with a Windows "installer" -- you need to install it like any other simple web application such as Wordpress or Drupal. I'd suggest starting with the following search. docs/README, included in the installation package will also be useful.
