Hello all,
A user reported an error while using the Custom Theme Plugin.
We believe this user's issue is permission related, as this plugin creates/edits a custom.css file.
However, while testing locally, in 2.3.4 dev/test/learning purposes installation, we realized this custom.css file is not being added to the <head> section of the page.
Anyone used/tested this plugin and detected the same problem?
NOTE: There is no indication in OJS's README file that some plugins may require different permissions to work properly. This should be added to warn users regarding issues with certain plugins that create/edit files within their folders.

Hi Ramón,
Is the Custom Theme chosen as a Theme under Journal Setup page 5?
There should be a note about permissions in the System Plugins section that appears when the stylesheet file isn't writable.
