Using the native import/export plugin, a question sprang to my mind:
Why in DTD file we can only define a section for each issue? Why not define it for each article?
If I have well understood, a section is something useful only during the revision period. Thus, them are not necessaries in articles neither in issues, is it not?
Thanks to help me to throw light upon this!

Sections are useful in the editing process (e.g. section policies and section editors) but they primarily define how the published issue's articles will be arranged; it's required for all articles to be assigned to a section.
You can't designate a section in XML when you're importing a single article, but when you use the import tool, you'll be prompted for a section to use.
