Knight News Challenge Proposal

The Public Knowledge Project has applied to the 2011 Knight News Challenge for a grant to expand the mobile capacity of OJS and our other applications. We have opted for the open review process, so if you'd like to take a look and make any comments that could strengthen our proposal, please do so.
