Need Freelance OJS Maintenance and Layout Editor

We are a small firm wishing to launch a quarterly/bi-annual psychological journal beginning January 2011.
The OJS is in place and several articles have been submitted for the first journal. We now need someone who can work as an editor to move articles through the process, fix subscription/registrataion and paypal issues and then complete, layout and launch the journal. Additionally, changes to our Website pages - www.assessmentpsychologyboard.org - and quarterly maintenance would be necessary.
