Need OJS Consultant for QC/Improvements for New Journal Seri

We are a new organization in need of help with a current install of OJS for a new journal series.
We need help with the following technical and strategic areas:

1. Strategic advice on the use of the site and its components
2. Technical set up completion - based upon that advice
3. Design tweaks of the layout and improvement of user friendliness
