I had installed the ojs for the IJCEAS. Everything is okey but in every page the journal title appears twice on the top of the page.

How can I can dissable this?

Dear Ibrahim,

Check item 1.8 - Search Engine Indexing, in Step 1 of the Journal configuration.
Here's part of the HTML produced by your OJS installation:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN"
"http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />
<title>International Journal of Contemporary Economics and Administrative Sciences</title>
<meta name="description" content="International Journal of Contemporary Economics and Administrative Sciences" />
<meta name="keywords" content="International Journal, Contemporary Economics and Administrative Sciences" />
<meta name="generator" content="Open Journal Systems 2.3.2.1" />
International Journal of Contemporary Economics and Administrative Sciences
<link rel="stylesheet" href="http://www.ijceas.com/lib/pkp/styles/common.css" type="text/css" />

As you can see, the journal title has been added to the code. You most certainly added the title in the custom tags field (special header meta tags) without actually adding any valid meta tags.
Remove it, or add appropriate meta tags (Dublin Core, FOAF tags, for example), and you should get rid of the issue.

Dear Ramon
Thank you for your response. After deleting the information in the meta tags line, twice journal title dispeared.
