Hi Alec,
Some authors submit unnecessary supplementary files which occupy disk space. In version 2.1 there is only an edit link for each supplementary file. I deleted the "supp" folder and its contents of a submission as Journal Manager, but when as an editor looking into the submission the links (although not working) to the supplementary files still exist there. Is there any way to delete these files as an editor.

Go to the "Editing" page of the submission and delete the supplementary files under the Layout section.
