hi
I want to show number of download of an article on the page that displays abstract of article. so that download of article will be displayed to Reader also.
How to do that.

Hi ushasharma84,
You'll have to take a look at how this functionality has been implemented in other parts of the system -- for example, in the Editor's Submission Editing -> Layout section template, which shows numbers of downloads/views per galley.
viewtopic.php?f=9&t=5640 gives a good overview of where to start looking for code examples.

Hi james
As i have described in other post that view counter does not show any increment in author section and in Editor's section also no matter how many times an article is viewed.It always displays 0.
