Translation issues - submission numbering

Hello all,

While translating OCS we noticed that the numbering of the submission steps is awkward, as the Confirmation step gets either a 4 or 5, depending on the user skipping the Supplementary Files submission step or not.
In our opinion, even though the step may be skipped, it still exists in the process.
Changing the numbering on the steps just seems confusing.
We have found this happening in the locale/en_US/author.xml file, in the following keys:

author.submit.step5SkipSupp = Step 4. Confirming the Submission

author.submit.confirmationSkipSupp = 4. Confirmation


We will keep the numbering as if the steps were always permanent, even though they can be skipped, which means we will go 1 thru 5 all the way.
Unless there's a good reason for the change in numbering.

Hi Ramón,

The reason we're re-numbering the steps is not IIRC because the author decides to skip the supplementary files submission step; it's because the Conference Manager can disable that step entirely, meaning that the author will never see it.

I don't know OCS that well.
