Hi,
Tinymce is not working in OJS version 2.3.0 and 2.3.1.0. Any patch/fix to make it work?

HI Obi,
TinyMCE should be working just fine. I'd double-check that you have TinyMCE installed in your lib/ directory, and that the corresponding plugin in plugins/generic/tinymce exists and is enabled. If both of these check out and you are still having problems, more detail on what's going on would be helpful.
