PKP Harvester Spanish Translation

Hello,

we at the Corporación Parque Tecnológico de Mérida (Venezuela) are
willing to use the OAH harvester for the Universidad de Los Andes.

Are there any plans or ongoing work for translating the harvester to Spanish?, if not, we would like to cooperate on this issue. Please tell me what are the steps required for this.

I am translator, specializing in English to Spanish Translation. I can also edit and translate Italian text (though I don't have that much professional experience or credentials with this language). I'm a big fan of the freeware philosophy and am more than happy to contribute to open source projects!
