Hi people,
I’m trying to import some articles using the import/export plugins.
Doing the XML files I’ve seen there is not XML tag for the article index “Type (Method/Approach)”.
The indexing tag in the DTD is defined as:
<!ELEMENT indexing (discipline?, subject_class?, subject?, coverage?)>
<!ELEMENT discipline (#PCDATA)>
<!ELEMENT subject_class (#PCDATA)>
<!ELEMENT coverage (geographical?, chronological?, sample?)>
<!ELEMENT geographical (#PCDATA)>
<!ELEMENT chronological (#PCDATA)>
<!ELEMENT sample (#PCDATA)>
[...]
<!ELEMENT subject (#PCDATA)>
I not often use this tag but there is no way to include this information of an article with the plugin. Somebody know why?
Thanks,
Marc

Hi Marc,
I've added support for a <type> node (child of <indexing>) to the current CVS tree; if you go to
http://pkp.sfu.ca/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1966, you'll find a patch that should work against OJS 2.0.2-1. Please report back here if you have any difficulty.
Regards,
Alec Smecher
