I need to build an Authors Index to be included at the end of a Book of Abstract.
I searched the documentation but I was not able to find a specific entry for this topic.
I would like to have for each author present in the Conference database an entry like:
Author's last name, Author's first name, ID of the abstract(s) in which he/she is present as an author
Is there an automated way to do this?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi GMattei,
Is this something you want to physically display within OCS, or rather would want a report for? You can use the Papers report plugin to download this information as a .csv file (log in as Conference Manager, and then under the Conference Management home page click "Stats and Reports" for the relevant shceduled conference; and then "Papers report"); if you're a developer, you can also look at how the plugin culls those numbers from the db (take a look at plugins/reports/papers for the necessary files). Please let us know if you have any follow-up questions.
Cheers,
James
