Is it possible for a person to register for a conference without having set up an account and being logged in?
Best,
Jens

Hi Jens,
Not at the moment (unless you register them manually, but that does require adding them to the system just the same). We are adding notification functionality to the system so that users can sign up for email notifications without necessarily registering (
http://pkp.sfu.ca/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3922); and we are also considering how to handle 'ghost' accounts (see
http://pkp.sfu.ca/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=4508), which may also be relevant in this case.
Cheers,
James

Thanks for the answer. The best solution is definitely that attenders create an account, but I just wanted to check.
BTW: I'm translating the interface into Danish these weeks, and as others may be interested in using it, I better share it online. Where do I upload it?
Best,
Jens
